strong>Horizontal :
A product of superior design, the horizontal cooler is truly trouble - free, simple and efficient in operation. Non-clogging, heavy gauge, self cleaning perforated steel tras eliminate the contamination caused by conventional wire mesh belts. The reinforced and galvanized steel trays run on roller thus eliminating friction, jamming and tramming. This smooth running operation kees power consumption to a minimum. All parts which might be subject to corrosion, such as the air exhaust chamber, are constructed of stainless steel or mild steel.
The horizontal coolers are specially recommended for the larger diameter pellets, high molasses content pllets or installations where the available height does not permit a vertical cooler. The coolers are available in eithsr single double pass modesl and in a choice of capacities of fit your needs. Oscillating spreader available.

Vertical :
The peelet cooler provides rapid, efficient cooling essential to the production of the high quality pellets ready for sacking or bulk storage. This cooler is designed for easy inspection and cleaning and cools the maximum amount of pellets enter a double cooling column. Fresh air is drawn through the columns by a motor-driven blower. A manually operated air gate assures uniform cooling of the pellets, reagrdless of whether the cooler is full to capacity or whether it is just beginning to fill. Automatic control provides a continuous discharge at rate that compensates for load variation. Stainless steel is used at the pellet contact point.
