Rapseed Machine
Uses :- This machine is used for breaking seed by pneumatic system till 90%, its mostly used in oil mill crushing plant as oil will be reduced rapidly from crused material. This machine is also used in solvent plant as whole seed is not used.
For rapseed:- Initially it is crushed and then feeded in extractor.
For soyabean :- After cooking it is breaked and flakes are produced.
Capacity :- 50 to 60 m.t./24 hrs.
Power consumption :- 11 h.p. To 21 h.p.
