Food industry :
final drying as a process step in the extraction process of black tea and the pelletization process of hops.
Used for frying fruits and vegetables, as well as cotton wool, alfalfa, casein, fodder, cocoons, meat, squeezed fruit cake for pectin production, various bulk materials, etc. By proper alteration of the drying condition it can be applied for drying glass and can containers and for heat treatment of the products in such containers.
The machine operates continuously under atmospheric pressure. Drying is based on the countercurrent principle.
The drying chamber is divided into one upper and one lower compartmnet. In each of the them 5 perforated trays are staked, lifter and lowered by a special lift. The lift is controlled by buttons and automatic limit switches, ensuring its stopping at the determined heights.
The built-in powerful fan with double suction creates a strong hot air flow which promotes evaporation of the moisture from the products. The temperature in the drying chamber can be controlled within wide limits.
